Scope of Work

1. Sprinkler coverage will be provided below new suspended and hard lid ceilings only as shown on provided plans and specifications.
2. Raise L400 Existing Branch Lines and Mains per job walk to clear elevation of proposed ceiling.
3. Provide all scanning of concrete members to avoid Post-tension Cables.
4. Modify existing system in L200, L300, L400 to new T-bar and Gyp. Ceiling.
5. Existing branch lines in L200, L300 and shall remain the same with no change. Heads will be spaced light hazard for “B” occupancies.
6. Provide coring and fire caulking of fire sprinkler penetrations as needed.
7. Fire Sprinkler Heads installed under T-Bar shall be center of tile respectively.
8. Fire sprinklers in the new scope of work to be new quick response per NFPA 13 2019.
9. All piping to be added and/or relocated are to meet local and NFPA 13 2016 standards and the County of Los Angeles Fire Department.
10. Design-Build Engineering will be provided with our services.
11. Work shall include all materials, labor, plans, shop drawings, plan submittal, rough and final inspections.
