Round 1 Bowling – Los Angeles

Scope of Work

• Provide Demolition of existing fire sprinkler drops to prepare for new Round 1 Bowling Facility. To Demo/ remove Drops and Arm-overs back to existing branch line. 

• Price includes Addendum 1. 

• Sprinkler Coverage to be added to open ceiling areas per NFPA 13 2019 Code. 

• Sprinkler Pendant Coverage to be provided below new soffits, floating ceilings and suspended T-bar/ACT Ceilings per Plans and Specs. 

• Sprinkler Coverage to be modified at full height walls. 

• Existing upright coverage shall remain the same with no change. Heads will be spaced light hazard for “A- 2, A-3 S, B” occupancies. 

• Fire Sprinkler Heads installed under T-Bar shall be center of tile respectively. 

• Fire sprinklers in new scope of work to be new quick response per NFPA 13 2019. 

• All piping to be added and/or relocated are to meet local and NFPA 13 2016 standards and the County of Los Angeles Fire Department. 

• Design-Build Engineering will be provided with our services. 

• Work shall include all materials, labor, plans, shop drawings, plan submittal, rough and final inspections. 

 

Permits and City Fees: 

• City Permits and Fees are not included in the total price. We ask General Contractor to reimburse the cost of permit to Precision Fire Protection when received. 

• Copies of Permits & Approved Fire Sprinkler Plans to be provided to Client upon request.
